This syrup magically shines, but above all else it is a perfect bottling of your late summers.

Watermelons are often too sweet, so we balance with the delicacy and bitterness of the macerating chunks of rhubarbs in sugar and water.

That brings florality and depth to this mix enjoyed by both older and younger souls.

How to serve

Lagers;

  • Red, white and rosé sangrias;
  • Perfect in a kir or kir royale;
  • In iced teas (white, oolong), with sparkling water, lemonade and melon aguas frescas;
  • In the kitchen to make coulis on ice cream, yogurt, fruit salad and cheesecake.

    Ingredients: Sugars (cane sugar, lemon juice), Filtered water, Citric acid, Natural flavours, Allura red (for colouring), Rhubarb.

    Produced in a 100L micro-batch. Hand-bottled in Canada.

    Taste

    A rhubarb pie nose that flirts with candy. On the palate, a lively attack of fresh rhubarb that leaves plenty of room for sweet watermelon.
