This syrup delivers the clean taste and texture of fresh raspberries, without any masking agent. The texture is rich and indulgent, making it the perfect syrup to use in cocktails, desserts or to create the best raspberry lemonades of all time.

Our fresh raspberries are first frozen to promote the concentration of the flavours. Then, we press them into a smooth puree that is mixed with lemon juice and sugar before filtering.

The result? A smooth and tasty coulis that will elevate your creations.

How to serve

White and black beers;

  • White, red and rosé sangrias;
  • Perfect ina kir or kir royale;
  • In iced teas (green, black, white), with foam soda, lemonade, slushs and aguas frescas;
  • In the kitchen to make coulis on ice cream, yogurt, cheesecake, fruit salad, goat cheese and chocolate cake as well as salad dressings.

    Taste

    A very acidic roundness of raspberry coulis that develops jammy notes. On the finish, you would think you were biting into the astringency of fresh raspberries.
