Citrus and Cucumber Gin Sour

INGREDIENTS LIST

  • 1 ½ oz (45 ml) of gin
  • ½ oz (15 ml) of Monsieur Cocktail lime syrup
  • ½ oz (15 ml) of maple syrup
  • 2 lemon wedges, crushed
  • 1 egg white
  • Basil & cucumber (for garnish)
Optionnel :

PrEparation

In a shaker, add all the ingredients and mix without ice.

Add ice and mix again.

Strain into a glass filled with ice.

Garnish with fresh basil and a slice of cucumber.
