Mint Julep
INGREDIENTS LIST
- 2 oz (60 ml) of bourbon
- 1 oz (30 ml) of WAW mojito mix
- Mint (for garnish)
Optionnel :
You can add a few drops of Angostura bitters for a touch of bitterness.
PrEparation
In a glass or "Julep Cup" filled with crushed ice, add all the ingredients.
Stir gently with a spoon.
Garnish with fresh mint.
About
An iconic drink of the American South, the Mint Julep has also been the signature cocktail of the Kentucky Derby since 1938. It is traditionally served in a metal goblet, allowing frost to form on the outer walls. Time for refreshment!
