3 oz (90 ml) of clamato
2 cucumber rings, crushed
½ tsp (2.5 ml) of whole-grain mustard
1 tsp (5 ml) of sweet and sour sauce
Celery, olive and cucumber salt (for garnish)

In a highball, crush the cucumber.

Fill with ice and add the rest of the ingredients.

Stir with a spoon.

Garnish with a rim of celery salt, an olive and a slice of cucumber.
