Ingredients: 1 oz (30 ml) of absinthe; 1 oz (30 ml) of Monsieur Cocktail lime syrup; 1 oz (30 ml) of cold water; Cucumber (for garnish)

1 oz (30 ml) of wormwood
1 oz (30 ml) of Monsieur Cocktail lime syrup
1 oz (30 ml) of cold water
Cucumber (for garnish)

Optionnel :

PrEparation

In a shaker, add all the ingredients and mix with ice.

Strain into a previously cooled cup.

Garnish with a slice of fresh cucumber.

About

Disarmingly simple, the Green Beast was invented by French mixologist Charles Vexenat at the Cocktails & Spirits Bar Show in Paris. Traditionally served with Pernod and cucumber slices, it can be served in a glass or as a punch in a bowl. Just multiply the quantities by the number of guests and mix with a spoon!
