Lime Sour

Name: Lime Sour

Ingredients: 2 oz (60 ml) of vodka, gin, whiskey, pisco, brandy, or tequila; ¾ oz (22 ml) of Monsieur Cocktail lime syrup; 1 egg white or vegan emulsifier; Bitter Angostura (for garnish)

INGREDIENTS LIST

2 oz (60 ml) of vodka, gin, whiskey, pisco, brandy or tequila
¾ oz (22 ml) of Monsieur Cocktail lime syrup
1 egg white or vegan emulsifier
Angostura bitters (for garnish)

PrEparation

In a shaker, add all the ingredients and mix without ice.

Add ice and mix again.

Strain into a previously cooled cup.

Garnish with drops of Angostura bitters.
