INGREDIENTS LIST

1 ½ oz (45 ml) of tequila
½ oz (15 ml) of Monsieur Cocktail lime syrup
A pinch of salt
3 oz (90 ml) of grapefruit soda
Grapefruit (for garnish)

In a highball glass filled with ice, add all the ingredients except the soda.

Stir with a spoon.

Top up with grapefruit soda.

Garnish with a grapefruit wedge.
