Apple Martini au sirop de citron
Ingredients :
1 oz (30 ml) bison grass flavored vodka
½ oz (15 ml) lemon syrup
1 ½ oz (45 ml) still cider
1 dash of Angostura bitters
Apple slices and ground cinnamon (for garnish)
Preparation :
In a shaker, add the ingredients.
Fill with ice cream and stir until your fingers get very cold.
Strain through a fine sieve into a chilled coupe or martini glass.
Garnish with slices of green apple sprinkled with cinnamon.
