Classic Bloody Caesar
Ingredients :
1 ½ oz (45ml) vodka
¼ oz (8 ml) fresh lime juice
1 C. (5 ml) Worcestershire sauce
½ tsp. tsp (2
5ml hot sauce
4 oz (120 ml) clamato
Celery stalk
slice of lime and rim of celery salt (to garnish)
Preparation :
Moisten the rim of a tall glass with lime juice and sprinkle with celery salt.
Pour all the ingredients into the glass.
Fill with ice and mix with a spoon until your fingers become very cold.
Garnish with a slice of lime and a stalk of fresh celery.
About our Classic Bloody Caesar
Created in 1969 in Alberta for the opening of an Italian restaurant and inspired by vongole sauce, the Bloody Caesar is the best-selling cocktail in Canada. It is virtually unknown in the rest of the world, where tomato juice is preferred over Clamato under the name Bloody Mary.
