Martini Christmas ball with Grapefruit Syrup

Ingredients :

1 oz (30ml) gin

½ oz (15 ml) red aperitivo (Campari style)

¾ oz (22 ml) grapefruit syrup

½ oz (15 ml) fresh lime juice

4 crushed raspberries

Preparation :

In a shaker, mash the raspberries in the syrup.

Add the rest of the ingredients and mix with ice.

Strain through a funnel into a plastic Christmas ball.

Enjoy with a straw.
