Cosmo with Blueberry Syrup
Ingredients :
1 oz (30ml) vodka
½ oz (15 ml) blueberry syrup
Star anise (for garnish)
Preparation :
In a shaker, mix all the ingredients with ice.
Strain through a fine sieve into a chilled cup.
Garnish with a star anise.

Who doesn't love blueberries? Impossible not to trip on this berry full of flavor and antioxidant. Our local grenadine, made with pure cranberry juice and wild blueberries, could only inspire us with a Quebec version of a great classic from the 90s.
