Venice Cream Soda with Pineapple and Raspberry Syrups

Ingredients :

½ oz (15 ml) pineapple syrup

½ oz (15 ml) raspberry syrup

½ oz (15 ml) 35% cream

3 oz (90 ml) sparkling water

Fresh fruit (for garnish)

Preparation :

Add syrup and cream to a tall glass and fill with ice.

Stir with a chopstick or bar spoon until your fingers become very cold.

Top up with sparkling water.

Garnish with fresh fruit.
