Daiquiri with Mango Syrup

Recette de cocktail avec sirop de mangue, daiquiri à la mangue
Ingredients :

1 oz (30 ml) white or amber rum

1/2 oz (15 ml) mango syrup

1/2 oz (15 ml) fresh lime juice

2 dashes hot sauce (optional)

Lime slice (for garnish)

Preparation :

In a shaker, mix all the ingredients with ice.

Strain through a fine sieve into the glass containing a large cube of ice.

Garnish with a slice of lime.
