Dark & Stormy with Ginger and Hazelnut Syrups
Ingredients :
1 ½ oz (45ml) dark rum
⅓ oz (10 ml) ginger syrup
¼ oz (8 ml) hazelnut syrup
¼ oz (8 ml) fresh lime juice
2 oz (60 ml) sparkling water
Fresh mint (for garnish)
Preparation :
In a tall glass filled with ice, add all the ingredients (except the sparkling water).
Mix with a spoon until your fingers become very cold.
Top with sparkling water.
Garnish with a bunch of fresh mint.
