Ingredients :

2 ¼ oz (68ml) gin

¾ oz (22 ml) dry vermouth

½ oz (15 ml) Mélange à cornichon

Pickled gherkin and lemon zest (to garnish)

Preparation :

Put all the ingredients in a mixing glass.

Fill with ice cream and stir until your fingers get very cold.

Strain through a strainer into a chilled martini glass or coupe.

Express the zest of a lemon over your glass.

Garnish with a pickled gherkin.
