Apple Gin Fizz with Lemon Syrup
Ingredients :
1 oz (30 ml) gin (citrus or spicy)
½ oz (15 ml) lemon syrup
1 egg white
2 slices of mashed apple
Fresh rosemary (to garnish)
Preparation :
In a shaker, mash the apples in the syrup.
Add the rest of the ingredients and mix vigorously.
Open the shaker
fill with ice and mix again until your fingers become very cold.
Strain through a fine sieve into a tall glass.
Decorate with fresh rosemary.
