London Mule with Ginger Syrup
Ingredients :
1 oz (30 ml) gin (spicy or boreal)
½ oz (15 ml) ginger syrup
1 ½ oz (45ml) sparkling water
Lemon slice and mint (for garnish)
Preparation :
Pour all the ingredients into a copper mug or a glass filled with ice, except the sparkling water.
Mix with a spoon until your fingers become very cold.
Top up with sparkling water.
Garnish with a slice of lemon and fresh mint.
