Gin & tonic with Québécois Tonic, Love Tonic, or Gym Tonic

Ingredients :

1 oz (30ml) gin

½ oz (15 ml) Monsieur Cocktail tonic ( Quebec tonic , love tonic , gym tonic or floral tonic)

2 oz (60 ml) sparkling water

Lime wheels (for garnish)

Preparation :

Pour the gin and syrup into a tall glass.

Fill with ice cream and stir until your fingers get very cold.

Top up with sparkling water.

Garnish with a slice of lime.
