Low Sugar Fruity Gin & Tonic with Gym Tonic and Keto Simple Syrup
Ingredients :
1 oz (30 ml) gin (fruity)
½ oz (15 ml) gym tonic
¼ oz (8 ml) keto simple syrup
¼ oz (8 ml) fresh lemon juice
2 oz (60 ml) sparkling water
Lemon wedge (to garnish)
Preparation :
Fill a highball glass with ice.
Add all the ingredients, except the sparkling water, and mix with a spoon until your fingers become very cold.
Top up with sparkling water.
Decorate with a slice of orange and fresh sage.
