Brandy, Cherry and Crème de menthe Smash with Vanilla Syrup
Ingredients :
1 oz (30ml) brandy
¼ oz (8 ml) white crème de menthe
½ oz (15 ml) vanilla syrup
½ oz (15ml) lemon juice
4 crushed frozen cherries
Fresh mint (for garnish)
Preparation :
In a shaker, mash the cherries in the syrup.
Add the rest of the ingredients and mix with ice.
Strain through a fine sieve into a glass fitted with a large cube of ice.
Garnish with a bunch of fresh mint.
