The Grinch with Pineapple and Passion Fruit Syrups
Ingredients :
½ oz (15 ml) pineapple syrup
½ oz (15 ml) passion fruit syrup
1 oz (30 ml) lime juice
2 oz (60 ml) coconut water
2 drops of green food coloring
Grated coconut (to garnish)
Preparation :
Moisten the rims of a coupe or martini glass with lime juice and dip in the shredded coconut.
In a food processor, pour all the ingredients with 1/2 cup of ice.
Mix until smooth.
Pour into a coupe or martini glass.
