Amaro and coffee lemonade
Ingredients :
1 oz (30 ml) non-alcoholic Italian Amaro
1/2 oz (15 ml) vanilla syrup
1 double espresso
2 oz grapefruit juice
Mint (to garnish)
Preparation :
Mix all ingredients in a shaker with ice.
Filter through a sieve into a glass filled with ice.
Garnish with a bunch of fresh mint.
