Boreal Cider Spritz with NOA Boreal Gin
Ingredients :
1 oz (30 ml) alcohol-free boreal gin
1/4 pipette (0.25ml) Kebek Walnut Bitter (or Feebrothers Walnut)
4 oz (120 ml) sour cherry or berry cider (or apple must)
Fresh rosemary (for garnish)
Preparation :
In a wine glass, add all the ingredients (except the cider).
Fill with ice and mix with a spoon until your fingers become very cold.
Lengthen with cider.
Garnish with a sprig of fresh rosemary.
