Margarita with Pineapple Syrup
Ingredients :
Tajin spices (to frost the glass)
1 oz (30ml) tequila
1/2 oz (15 ml) pineapple syrup
1/2 oz (15 ml) fresh lime juice
Pineapple triangle (for garnish)
Preparation :
Moisten the rim of a short (old fashioned) glass with lime juice and sprinkle with Tajin spices.
In a shaker, mix all the ingredients with ice.
Strain through a fine strainer into the glass containing a large cube of ice.
Garnish with a pineapple triangle.
