Maple Margarita
Ingredients :
2 oz (60 ml) reposado tequila
½ oz (15 ml) maple syrup
1 oz (30 ml) fresh lime juice
Rim with fleur de sel and maple flakes
Preparation :
Swipe a lime wedge around the outer edge of a glass.
Dip the edges moistened with lime juice in the rim, half fleur de sel, half maple flakes.
In a shaker, add all the ingredients and fill with ice.
Stir until your fingers become very cold.
Strain through a fine strainer into a glass filled with ice.
About our Maple Margarita
They say all roads lead to Rome but, in our case, all roads lead to margaritas! We always come back to this cocktail that we love and which is the emblem of travel in the south. This time, we added a bit of our Quebec and Monsieur Cocktail: maple and fantasy. Without further ado, here is our maple and cotton candy margarita: a delight for the eyes and the taste buds.
