Carrot mimosa with orange syrup
Ingredients :
½ oz (15 ml) orange syrup
1 oz (30 ml) pure carrot juice
2 oz (60 ml) dry sparkling wine
Carrot leaf (to garnish)
Preparation :
In a chilled champagne glass, pour the juice and syrup.
Slowly lengthen with sparkling wine or Non-alcoholic dry sparkling wine
Garnish with a carrot leaf
