Non-alcoholic Blueberry Mojito with NOA Spiced Rum and Blueberry Syrup
Ingredients :
1 oz (30 ml) non-alcoholic spiced rum
½ oz (15 ml) blueberry syrup
½ oz (15 ml) lime juice
6 fresh mint leaves
2 oz (60 ml) sparkling water
Mint and fresh parsley (for garnish)
Preparation :
Clap the mint leaves in the palm of your hand and add them to the bottom of a tall glass.
Add remaining ingredients, except sparkling water, and fill with ice.
Stir with a chopstick or bar spoon until your fingers are cool.
Top with sparkling water.
Garnish with a sprig of mint and parsley.
