Mojito with Vanilla and Strawberry Syrups
Ingredients :
1 ½ oz (45 ml) dark rum
½ oz (15 ml) vanilla syrup
1/2 oz (15 ml) strawberry syrup
¾ oz (23 ml) fresh lime juice
10 mint leaves
2 oz (60 ml) sparkling water
Fresh mint (for garnish)
Preparation :
In a glass, mash the strawberries in the syrup.
Clap the mint leaves in the palm of your hand and add them to the glass.
Add remaining ingredients (except sparkling water) and fill with ice.
Mix with a spoon until your fingers become very cold.
Top up with sparkling water.
Garnish with a bunch of fresh mint.
