Pina Colada #2 with Pineapple Syrup
Ingredients :
1 oz (30ml) white rum
3/4 oz (22 ml) pineapple syrup
1 oz (30 ml) unsweetened coconut milk
1/2 oz (15 ml) fresh lime juice
Pineapple leaves (for garnish)
Preparation :
In a shaker, add all the ingredients and mix with ice.
Strain through a strainer into a short glass (old fashioned) or a Tiki glass filled with ice.
Garnish with pineapple leaves.
