Buttered Rum

Recette de cocktail - Monsieur Cocktail - Patrice Plante -  rhum au beurre
Ingredients :

1 oz (30 ml) spiced rum

½ oz (15 ml) tiki syrup

3 oz (90 ml) still cider

1 C. 1/2 tsp (5 mL) unsalted butter, tempered

Nutmeg and cloud of frothed milk (for garnish)

Preparation :

Heat a cup with boiling water then discard the water when ready to serve.

In a saucepan, gently heat all the ingredients to melt the butter and pour into the cup.

In a pot

Gently warm all the ingredients to melt the butter and pour into the cup.
