Classic Vodka, Kiwi and Basil Smash
Ingredients :
2oz (60ml) vodka
¾ oz (23 ml) simple syrup or cane syrup
¾ oz (23 ml) fresh lime juice
½ crushed kiwi
10 crushed basil leaves
Kiwi slice (for garnish)
Preparation :
In a shaker, mash the kiwi in the syrup.
Add remaining ingredients
fill with ice and stir.
Strain through a fine sieve into a glass filled with ice.
Garnish with a slice of kiwi.
