Smores Cocktail with Salted Caramel Syrup

Ingredients :

1 ½ oz (45 ml) Irish cream

3 oz (90 ml) chocolate milk

½ oz (15 ml) salted caramel syrup

Crushed graham crackers

Chocolate spread

Burnt marshmallow (for garnish)

Preparation :

Moisten rims of glass with chocolate spread.

Dip edges in crushed graham crackers.

Fill the glass with ice, add all the ingredients and mix with a spoon until your fingers become very cold.

Garnish with a burnt marshmallow.
