Strawberry Spritz with NOA Italian Aperitif and Red Unicorn Syrup
Ingredients :
1 ½ oz (45 ml) non-alcoholic Italian Aperitif
½ oz (15 ml) red unicorn syrup
3 oz (90 ml) sparkling water
Sliced strawberries or citrus fruit (to garnish)
Preparation :
In a wine glass filled with ice, add all the ingredients (except the sparkling water).
Mix with the stick.
Top up with sparkling water.
Garnish with sliced strawberries or a dehydrated citrus fruit.

We had never made a unicorn syrup Spritz before. It took a pandemic and our new non-alcoholic orange Aperitivo to dare. And we wonder why we waited all this time.
