About our Spritz with NOA Italian Bitter and Blueberry Syrup
A classic spritz, by definition, is made up of bubbles and an aperitif bitter liqueur, commonly called “aperitivo” in Italian. Except that nothing prevents us from using another bitter liqueur, such as amaro, which is usually drunk as a digestive. The notes are spicier and therefore blend divinely with cider apple and blueberries!
