Ingredients :

1 oz (30ml) dark rum

1 ½ oz (45 ml) dark rum

½ oz (15 ml) overproof rum (+50% alcohol)

¼ oz (8 ml) Luxardo Maraschino liqueur

¼ oz (8ml) absinthe

1 ¼ oz (38 ml) tiki syrup

¼ oz (8 ml) grenadine syrup

1 pinch ground nutmeg

1 allspice

Preparation :

In a shaker, crush the allspice in the syrups.

Add the rest of the ingredients, except the grenadine, and mix with ice.

Strain into a tiki glass or tall glass filled with ice.

Slowly add the grenadine.

Decorate with a paper umbrella and a cherry.
