Lime is by far the most popular of our citrus-flavoured syrups. It is made by first heating a water and sugar mixture and then adding cold-pressed lime juice at the last instant. Once pasteurized, our small 100 L batches are bottled with the utmost care and end their journey, as do all our syrups, in the refrigerator. This ensures the purest product and the highest possible quality of cold-pressed lime syrup.
Our lime syrup will complement most drinks, but it seems to have a natural affinity for the Mojito.
How to use it?
Blond and white beers;
white, red and pink sangria;
Perfect as a kir or a kir royal;
In iced teas or with your cold coffee, with cola, in lemonade or to spice up a kombucha;
In the kitchen to make coulis on ice cream, yogurt and fruit salad as well as in vinaigrette or marinade for tartare, ceviche and meat.
